Unfortunately, communication was spotty once I put my deposit down and they did not know if/when the title would be in their possession or even its whereabouts. I texted my concerns and was told not to worry. I had informed them in prior communications and at my test drive that I needed a vehicle in my possession within a few days. Salespeople may not know off the top of their head if they have the title in hand, but this is information that can easily be checked while a customer test drives to avoid any headaches down the road. The person we worked with was great and handled the sales part perfectly, but when I put a deposit on the vehicle I was THEN informed they did not have the title in hand and couldn't do paperwork. I decided to give it another try and use a different salesperson this time. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was super disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North.
